Birchell Melton Obituary (1926

Mr. Birchell Melton, age 85 of North Augusta, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday. Graveside services will be held on Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Rough Creek Cemetery in London with Rev. Claude Maggard officiating. He was preceded in death by one son, Philip Melton. He is survived by his wife, Mildred Y. Melton; two children, Patricia Allen and husband Terry and Doug Melton and wife Cheryl; daughter-in-law, Patsy, one sister, Eula Lee Williams; five grandchildren, Kimberly, Stephanie, Callie, Philip, Richard; and one great-grandchild, Emily. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
