Charles Ray Perkins

Charles Ray Perkins, age 36, of London, Kentucky passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020 in Lexington, Kentucky. He leaves behind his daughter, Brooklyn Perkins of Lafollette, TN; his parents, Steven Ray Perkins and Geryl Lynn Turner Perkins; his grandmother, Brenda Reams of Keavy; four siblings, Brenda Baker of London, Ashley Smith of London, Kimberly Owens & husband Willie of Corbin, Steven Val Perkins & wife Jody of Murphy, NC; his nieces and nephews, Seth Shelton, Brooklyn Smith, Lucas Perkins, Nathan Perkins, Jordan Rose, Abigail Cope, J. T. Burns, Isaiah Hall, Kylie, Jackson, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Norma & Valgene Turner, Ray Perkins, Leota Parrett, Bradley Baker, Ella & Mose Feltner; his niece, Jenna Perkins. Charles was a self-employed builder for the past ten years. He was a member of Hightop Baptist Church in Keavy, KY. All services will be private. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
