David R. Russell

David R. Russell, age 55 of London, KY, husband of Theresa Sizemore Russell, passed away on Tuesday, January 16 at St. Joseph Hospital in London. Along with his loving wife of 33 years, he leaves behind two great nephews, Jerry Allen Russell Jr., Christopher Edward Russell; one brother, William H. Russell, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ward & Eliza Russell and two siblings, Ellen Rule and Carl Russell. He was a vocational teacher and member of Corinth Baptist Church. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. Funeral services for David R. Russell will be conducted on Friday, January 19 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Poynter’s Chapel Cemetery of Bald Rock, KY. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour, also on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
