Deborah Kaye Smith

Deborah Kaye Smith, age 60 of London, passed away on Tuesday, December 30 at her residence. She leaves behind two children, Donald Ernest Smith II and wife Stephanie, and Brandi Nicole Sprinkles; three sisters, Betty Rose Fields and husband Elmer, Carolyn Smithmier and husband John, Libby Dearner and husband Fountain; one brother, James William Sweet and wife Donna; two grandchildren, Owen Sprinkles and Cameron Smith. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Smith; parents, Willie Sweet and Etta Johnson Sweet; two sisters, Sue Ann Parsons, Doris Fields; and two brothers, Charles Isaac and Johnny Larry Sweet. Funeral services for Deborah Kaye Smith will be conducted on Saturday, January 3, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Helton and John Smithmier officiating. Burial will follow in the Sweet Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 2, also at the funeral home.
