Doris Ann Flannelly Vaughn

Doris Ann Flannelly Vaughn, age 63, of Richmond, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. She leaves behind two daughters, Christina Flannelly and Stella Flannelly Sizemore; four siblings, Flora Mae Flannelly, Thomas Perry Flannelly, David Flannelly, Gary Samuel Flannelly; ten grandchildren, Donna Nottingham, Pamela Hatfield, Teresa Slaven, Lisa Vaughn, Maleek Flannelly, Brianna Flannelly, Darius Flannelly, Zaydon Flannelly, Bridgette Flannelly, Koby Flannelly; fifteen great grandchildren, plus a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her parents, Perry Lee Flannelly and Beulah Mae Rapier Flannelly; two children, Samuel Lee Flannelly and Barbara Gail Flannelly; and three siblings, Linda Rapier, Danny Ray Flannelly, Barbara June Jones. Doris was a homemaker who loved everyone. She was the family storyteller and held the family circle together. She liked to watch supernatural television shows. She could be a little mean sometimes, but she was good-hearted. She will be deeply missed. Funeral services for Doris Ann Flannelly Vaughn will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Dixon officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 16, 2021 beginning at 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
