Dorothy Napier

Dorothy Napier, age 88 of London, KY, passed away on Sunday, December 17 at St. Joseph Hospital in London. She leaves behind two children, Timothy Napier and wife Arizona of London, KY, Tammy Riggs and husband Mark of Fairfax, VA; one brother, Albert Parman of London, KY; one granddaughter, Tessa Riggs of Fairfax, VA; niece, Teresa Garland; nephews, Mickey and Gary Stroup and Ricky Parman. She is also survived by a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse & Lucy Parman; four siblings, Edna Stroup, Billy, Kenneth and Ruby Parman and special nephew, Johnnie Binder. She was a Home Health Aide with Seton Home Health and of the Baptist faith. She will forever be remembered and greatly missed by all of her family and friends. Funeral services for Dorothy Napier will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 21 in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Mickey Stroup officiating. Burial will follow in the Campground Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour, also on Thursday at the funeral home.
