Elizabeth Dianne (Creech) Bailey Obituary (1952

Elizabeth Dianne (Creech) Bailey, 65, passed away January 13, 2018 at Harlan ARH, the result of a long battle with chronic illness. Her sons were with her as her life on earth ended and her new life with Jesus began. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Billie and Emerson Creech, her brother, Michael Creech, and her husband, James Bailey. She is survived by one brother and two sisters – Robert Creech (Jeree) of Cumming, GA; Emma Clark (Jeff) and Lisa Dixon, both of Cumberland, KY; two beloved sons – Scott Estep (Diane) of Harlan, KY, and Robb Estep of Lexington, KY; two precious granddaughters – Brooke Estep of Richmond, KY, and Tyler Estep (and fiancé Austin Plenzler) of Franklin, OH; a wonderful great-granddaughter, Aria Estep of Richmond, KY; and a very special great-grandniece, Hannah Taylor of Middlesboro, KY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whom she loved dearly. Elizabeth was a Christian and a member of Central Baptist Church in Cumberland, KY. She worked for many years in the medical field holding several positions at various hospitals and clinics. Due to her illness, she had to leave her final job working with the Harlan County School System in 2014. Her family will remember her as a loving mother and grandmother who was always there for them and loved them unconditionally. By all who knew her, Elizabeth will be remembered as someone with a caring heart who was willing to do more for others than she did for herself. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 At The Central Baptist Church in Cumberland, KY.
