Hayley Nicole Polly, age 30, of Keavy, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2025. She leaves behind her loving husband, Logan Polly; her parents, Dean Mullins and Tammy Perrin Mullins; her fur baby, Fiona; her brother Tyler Mullins & wife Allie of Grahm, KY; her nephews, Lucas & Samuel Mullins; her grandmother, Pat Mullins; special cousins, Jessica Burke & husband Tyler, their children, Kannan Johnson & Koby Johnson; plus, a host of friends and family to cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by her fur baby, Red; her maternal grandmother, Wilma Jo Highfill; paternal grandfather, Carl Mullins. Hayley was a devoted and compassionate registered nurse who proudly served at CHI London, where she worked as a labor and delivery nurse—a role she truly loved and found deeply meaningful. Her nursing career reflected both her intelligence and dedication, having also worked as a surgical technologist. At the time of her passing, Hayley was finishing her studies to become a mental health nurse practitioner, continuing her lifelong commitment to caring for others. Hayley’s excellence in nursing was recognized when she received the DAISY Award, an honor that reflected her extraordinary compassion, skill, and dedication to her patients. Throughout her career, she helped save countless lives and was known for the genuine kindness and empathy she showed to everyone she cared for. Known for her headstrong spirit and remarkable work ethic, Hayley was beautiful inside and out. She approached life with determination, strength, and a deep sense of purpose. Outside of her career, Hayley loved dogs and enjoyed attending concerts, cheering at football games, and riding the side-by-side and her Jeep through the woods. She embraced adventure and treasured the freedom of the outdoors. Hayley will be remembered for her intelligence, compassion, dedication, and the many lives she touched—both professionally and personally. Her legacy lives on in the families she helped, the patients she fought for, and the love she shared so freely. A memorial service for Hayley Nicole Polly will be held on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Jessica Burke speaking. The family will receive friends on Sunday beginning at 6:00 p.m. until the service hour, also at the funeral home. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
