James G. "Jim" Weaver

James G. “Jim” Weaver, age 71, of London, KY passed away on Monday, April 1, 2019 at his home. He leaves behind his loving wife, LaDonna Ann Foster Weaver; three children, Jason Weaver & wife Kristy of London, KY, Monti Weaver & wife Rachel of Richmond, KY, Aleda Harris & husband Travis of London, KY; two children that he loved as his own, Jonathan Green & wife Rebecca of London, KY; two siblings, Frank Brobst of London, KY, Kathy Wells & husband Tim of London, KY; nine grandchildren, Kylee, Gavin, Haley, Cade, Brooke, Paige, Annabelle, Camille, Cooper, plus a host of family and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Gordon and Eula Wilson Weaver; five siblings, Denny Parman, June Weaver, Karma Bruner, Diane Jones, Helene Gregory. Jim was retired from London Rotary Forms where he worked for 25 years. He was a veteran of both the U. S. Army and the U. S. Marine Corp. He was of the Baptist Faith. Jim was an avid U.K. fan. Funeral services James G. “Jim” Weaver will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Greg Deaton officiating. Burial will follow in the Weaver Cemetery in London, KY. Military honors will be conducted by local DAV chapter 158 of Keavy, Kentucky. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. also at the funeral home. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
