Jerry H. Gross

Jerry H. Gross, age 70 of London, husband of Wilma Gross, passed away on Tuesday, March 29 at UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY. He leaves behind his mother, Kathryn Etheridge; five children, James Thomas Gross of Louisville, Ronnie Lay and wife Johna of South Carolina, Ricky Lay and wife Nicole of Tennessee, Glenn Lay and wife Angie of Mississippi, Scott Lay and wife Jonell of North Carolina; four siblings, Betty Mercurio, Danny Gross, Dean Dennis, Donna Cantwell; six grandchildren, Glenn Jr., Daniel and Douglas Lay, Amanda Jones and husband Daniel, Melissa and Levi Lay, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his father, James Gross and one son, Terry Lay. Funeral services for Jerry H. Gross will be conducted on Saturday, April 2 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Mike Wynn officiating and full military honors presented by the Local D.A.V. Burial will follow in the Highland Park Cemetery.
