Kathryn Strane Jones

Kathryn Strane Jones, of Mt. Holly, New Jersey, and formerly of London Kentucky, quietly passed away at the age of 96, at her home, on Friday, March 27. She was preceded in death by her husband, retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Paul G. Jones, also of London, her parents, Arthur and Ida Straub Strane, and her two brothers, David (Freddie) G. Strane and Willian (Bud) A. Strane. She leaves behind three children, Kathleen S. Jones of Atherton, CA, Richard S. Jones of Yorktown, IN, and David L. Jones of Poquoson, VA, and her sister, Thelma Johnson of London, KY. Grandchildren, great grandchildren and many friends and neighbors will also mourn her passing. Kathryn was Chief, Classification and Wage Section at McGuire AFB Civilian Personnel Office. A graveside service for Kathryn S. Jones will be held at a later date. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, and in the company of her preceded family, at St. John Swiss Reformed Church Cemetery. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
