Lisa Lynn Johnson Eversole, age 57, of East Bernstadt, Kentucky passed away on Monday, September 28, 2026.

She leaves behind her fiancé, Vince Eversole; her stepdad, Brent “Poppy” Davidson; five children, Katie Johnson Moore & husband Austin, Chelsea Johnson, Valarie Eversole, Misty Eversole, Dana Eversole, all of East Bernstadt, KY; ten grandchildren, Carolina Day, Serenity Day, Hudson Foutch, Dalton Joseph, Haley Joseph, Emily Joseph, Katana Hamm, Christopher Eversole, Jacob Burns, Jamison Wagers; four great grandchildren, Henley Hamm, Hayzlee Joseph, Adalynn Noyes, Remi; one sister, Ashley Hurley & husband Ora of East Bernstadt, KY; plus a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends to cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton & Carolyn Goforth Thompson; and by two siblings, Kevin Thompson & Calvin Thompson.

Lisa was a loving and devoted woman whose greatest joy in life was her family. She will be remembered for her caring heart, warm personality, and the love she so freely gave to those around her.

Lisa worked as a life insurance agent, where she took pride in helping others and serving the families she worked with. She was also a homemaker who found great joy in taking care of her home and the people she loved.

Lisa enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, especially cooking and shopping. She loved preparing meals for her family and creating a home where everyone felt welcome. She also enjoyed getting outdoors and riding on the side-by-side, making memories and enjoying time spent with family and friends.

Above all, Lisa was a family-oriented woman who cherished every moment she had with her loved ones. Her family was the center of her world, and the memories they made together will be treasured for years to come.

Lisa will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her loving spirit, generous heart, and the countless memories she created with her family will remain a lasting part of their lives.

A memorial service honoring Lisa Lynn Johnson Eversole will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Harold Harris officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday beginning at 12:00 p.m. until the service hour, also at the funeral home. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
