Mealey Sizemore Young age 83 of Manchester, KY passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018 at Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, KY. She leaves behind her loving husband Richard; six children, Rosalene Bryant & husband Hobie of London, KY, Wendell Young & wife Carla of Atlanta, GA, Reva Thacker & husband Jeff of Pikeville, KY, Junith Rebh & husband Nick of St. Johns, MI, Stacy Young & husband Christic of Dallas, GA, Jordan Young of Tyner, KY; two siblings, Wiley Sizemore of Bellville, MI, Grant Sizemore & wife Wanda of Ypsilanti, MI; nine grandchildren, Lori, Ashley, Ritchie, Tori, Hunter, Bailey, Nicholas, Matthew, Emily; and six great-grandchildren, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her parents, Burley & Rosa Napier Sizemore; one son, Richard Dean Young; three siblings, Virginia Collett, Camie Sizemore, Virgil Sizemore; and one sister-in-law, Jean Sizemore. She was a homemaker and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness. A memorial service will be held for Mealey Sizemore Young on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in The Red Barn at 781 Roy Dugger Road, London, KY 40741 with Rodney Petty and Jeff Fedore officiating. House-Rawlings Funeral Home has been entrusted with making the arrangements.
