Patsy Jane Fields

Patsy Jane Fields, age 56, of London, Kentucky passed away Sunday, April 5, 2020 at her home. She leaves behind four children, Christina Wall & husband Kenny of Bay City, TX, Johnny Lynes of Taloga, OK, Joseph Fields & Kristen Garrett of London, Yvonne Collins & husband Brandon of London; five siblings, James Spencer & wife Susie of Louisville, KY, Tommy Spencer, Bruce Spencer & wife Jeanette, Debbie Nelson & husband Tim, Marvin Spencer & wife Julie, all of London; five grandchildren, Tara, Faith, Christopher, Kyleah, Ryder, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Edward and Minnie Louise Capps Spencer; one grandchild, Jace. Patsy was a former waitress, and she was of the Baptist faith. She loved her grand babies dearly. She loved to fish and sunbathe. Patsy was an avid supporter of the use of medical marijuana in Kentucky. She was a free spirit and lived with no fear. Easter was her favorite holiday, hunting eggs with the grandchildren. All services will be private. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
