Paul D. Taylor

Paul D. Taylor, age 85, of London, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He leaves behind three children, Paula Taylor of New Port Richie, FL, David Taylor of Lutz, FL, and Rodney Taylor & wife Rhonda of Jacksonville, FL; three siblings, Arthur Taylor of Corbin, KY, Donald Taylor & wife Lou of London, KY, Carolyn Fields & husband Boyd of London, KY; seven grandchildren, Seth Taylor, David P. Taylor, Danyell Taylor, Emily M. Taylor, Aaron Vineyard, Brian Vineyard, and Johnny Finkelstein; three great grandchildren, Shane Finkelstein, Selena Finkelstein, and Larissa Vineyard, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Imogene Brown Taylor; his parents, Lester Taylor and Zella Wren Hale Taylor; his granddaughter, Deserae Taylor; his great granddaughter, Destiny Vineyard. Paul was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and was a veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Ford Motor Company in Wayne, MI where he worked as an electrical technician for thirty years. Paul was an avid outdoorsman. A private funeral service for Paul D. Taylor will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020 in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Jamie Maxey officiating. Burial will follow at Taylor Cemetery in London, KY. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
