Rhonda Kay Holland Moore, age 63, of London, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at her home. She leaves behind her mother, Loyce Eileen Mullins Holland; two children, Edward Bryan Whitaker and Kelli Eileen Tuttle, both of London, KY; four siblings, Debra Messer & husband Gary of London, KY, Delilah Gilbert of London, KY, Georgiana Cowden & Ron Ledin of Corbin, KY, Cecil Holland & wife Mary of Manchester, KY; three grandchildren, Breanna Whitaker, Blake Whitaker, Kaylynn Tuttle, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her father, George Holland. Rhonda was a housewife and of the Pentecostal faith. Funeral services for Rhonda Kay Holland Moore will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at House-Rawlings Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Taylor Cemetery in Blackwater, KY. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 beginning at 12:00 p.m. until the funeral hour, also at the funeral home. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
