Ronald (Ron) D. Whittaker

Ronald (Ron) D. Whittaker, age 66, of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023. He leaves behind his loving wife, Phyllis Frazier Whittaker; his two beloved pets, Beagee (Big-E) and Mocha; plus, a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow Whitaker and Amanda House Disney; his brother, Robin Whittaker; his father-in-law, Norman (Bay) Frazier; his mother-in-law, Helen (Smith) Frazier. Ronald was a self-employed jewelry wholesaler. He enjoyed life and had a lot of friends. He was a wonderful, loving person who loved all people. A graveside service for Ronald D. Whittaker will be held on Friday, April 7, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Youngs Creek Cemetery in Williamsburg, Kentucky with Dr. James Miller officiating. The pallbearers will be George Bauer, Nathaniel Cecil, Frank Carrier, Michael Crawley, James Miller, Jared Shepherd and Ben Worley. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
