Samuel Clint Potter Jr., age 57, of London, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. He leaves behind his loving wife, Marie Roberts Potter; two children, Frankie Wagers & wife Penny, Angie Jones & husband Recil, all of London, KY; one sister, Yulanda Potter Greene & husband Terry of Middletown, OH; three grandchildren, Taylor Jones, Justin Wagers & wife Kellie, Dustin Wagers; seven great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Alan & Vivan Scharf, Ben Brooks, John & Debbie Williams, Kaye Smith; plus a host of other friends and family members to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Clint Potter Sr. and Edith Tuttle Potter; and by two siblings, David Potter & Donnie Potter. Samuel’s hobbies included fishing, collecting baseball cards, antiquing, and giving Taylor a hard time. Funeral services for Samuel Clint Potter Jr. will be held on Friday, November 18, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Bobby Helton and John Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Tuttle Cemetery in London, Kentucky. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 18, 2022 beginning at 12:00 p.m. until the funeral hour also at the funeral home. The pallbearers will be Recil Jones, Frankie Wagers, Justin Wagers, Jamie Lundy, Roger Bryant and Taylor Jones. Shannon Mays will be an honorary pallbearer. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
