Sebrina Kaye Lewis Obituary (1983

Sebrina Kaye Lewis, age 32 of London, passed away on Saturday, May 16 at UK Medical Center in Lexington. She leaves behind her mother, Diana Faye Stewart; four children, Kirsten, Peyton, Alyssa, and Dougles Crouch; one sister, Marie Day; two brothers, Robert and David Stewart; aunts, Jana Kaye Hinkle and husband Roger and Abigail Brotchner, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her father, Dewayne Stewart. Funeral services for Sebrina Kaye Lewis will be conducted on Friday, May 22 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hinkle Family Cemetery in Manchester. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour, also on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to House-Rawlings Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
