William "Bill" Charles Hicks

William "Bill" Charles Hicks, age 58 of London, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, August 28 at St. Joseph Hospital in London. He leaves behind his loving wife, Linda Wayne Reep Hicks; four children, Marie Elizabeth Hicks Puckett of Tucson, AZ, Sabrina Margaret Jean Harris (John Norris) of Eubank, KY, Eddie Wayne Green (Heather) of Manhattan, KS, Lewis Allen (Amanda) of London; one sister, Karen Hicks Marcum (Don) of East Bernstadt, KY; nine grandchildren, Amber, Shiloh and Samantha Norris, Lily, Lennox, and London Allen, Austin, Aaron and Tyler Puckett; niece, Holly Lewis, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Burton Hicks & Joann Bettis Hicks. Funeral services for William "Bill" Charles Hicks will be conducted on Thursday, September 3 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Jeff Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the New Salem Cemetery with military honors by the local DAV. The family will receive friends after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, also at the funeral home.
